Flying Sex Monster

A beast with wings that flies around grabbing people and taking them to his sex nest, where he rapes them so hard that they die, and then lays their body on someone's front porch to lure out some of its victims. These are generally found in the U.S. and are born from the invisible eggs that come from ejected semen.
