foreskinclosure
A condition, that often occurs during extremely cold temperatures, in which the rim of the foreskin touches on all sides so that the head of the penis becomes invisible. When foreskinclosure occurs, the penis appears as if it has retracted back inside a male's pelvis.
Person 1: Did you see that streaker? It looked like he got his dick chopped off!
