Made famous by Fiona Gammie this sandwich has become the ultimate lunch for city office workers. Different cuts of meat are used to create the taste sensation that is a three layered club sandwich. The first layer is a sweet honey roasted ham which initially hits you before a top layer of salty slow cured gammon kicks your taste buds into overdrive!
