Gaunx is a term used to identify any sexual act; however, it is most commonly used to describe a fellatio, rim job, dirty trombone, but especially a blumpkin. Typically, gaunx is a more specific term to describe a coitus that is particularly satisfying or appetizing to the recipient. The recipient must experience a toe-curling, sweat-inducing orgasm to be classified as a gaunx.
