Gay enough
When someone or a group of people aren't normally classified as gay, but act in such a way where the people in question might as well be gay.
I know he's not gay, but he's gay enough to be a gay guy
not gay enough
a rebuttle to the over used and now almost meaningless "thats gay" and a subtle rebuke to those still using "gay" as a pejorative term.
