A typical word for a retarded midget. This person is usually employed as a flyffer or dick jockey due to his easy access to the male genitalia. His farts mostly sound like woman queefs and his testicles are usually no larger than a baby's. Hairless and micropenis affected women don't usually see a Genwaws as a man but more of the beta version of the female species. Usually named something boring like Daniel and most likely a member of the coast guard pretending to be a member of the army.
