The taste is less neutral than vodka and has a faint taste of sweet and fruitiness flavor from the juniper berries. There are some variants of gin with examples such as Plymouth gin, London Dry gin, or even Old Tom gin.

What people don't tell you about gin is that it's a powerful diuretic that will make you pee frequently sooner. So, it is advised you drink it where there are bathrooms close by.
