Goop Cellar
A location wherein marijuana is stored, distributed, or used, typically underground in the form of a basement. Some of these locations will be section for various purposes. Some locations will have legal selling permits, though have been relegated to a poor location because of the public's disapproval.
"Hey, you wanna swing by the goop cellar later?"
