There are diffrent ones for men and girls where its like one big sex ed class where people ask the anonymous questions. The most talked about topics are sexual curiousity, "am I normal?", and other medical and social issues. It definately beats asking your parents about this kind of stuff. Govteen promotes masturbation, exploration of ones sexuality and a myriad of other stuff. Govteen can sometimes be seen as a beurocrocy in that the people with the most posts feel superior.
