A tingly sensation throughout your body that you get when someone makes you happy or when you are happy for no reason even. Happy people get happy chills. They are fun and wonderful and feel great.

the thing causing the friend high, an exciting feeling, comparative to "cold chills", causing sudden happiness, overjoyedness, giggling, etc.
