In the month October, it is Harass Short People Month. During this month you are legally allowed to harass anyone under 5’1. May it be children, midgets or people who have weak genetics. Anyone over 5’1 can participate in HSPM. Harassment can come in any forms. Extra points if you make the short person cry.
