Hard Buzz

The ideal level of drunk you want to maintain over the course of a protracted period of time. Ideally used to describe how you want to feel during an entire vacation/weekend/wedding/etc. On a scale it is above sober but the upper limit is loosely defined as below blackout
A:"You ready for our vacation in Spain!?"
B; "Yeah, I just want to get a hard buzz for the next 10 days and enjoy the finer things in life"

Buzz hard: Typically a British saying meaning, to get extremely excited about something/someone or be very pleased by something/someone.
"Did you go to the party on Saturday?"

"Yeah, it was awesome! I buzzed hard!"
