Haxrq (pronounced like "hacks-are-queue") is a term used to describe someone who really likes to do something to the point where it seems obsessive but you can't quite call it obsessive (a frequent hobby or habit). This typically represents a bad habit, such as chewing your nails or picking your eyelashes.
