What happens when you see the one you love. Your blood stops flowing and you get all hot inside. Then your heart beats rapidly as though you've run a race.
When I saw Dave approaching the raindrop splashed doorway, i felt my heart pause.
Pause Heart
When someone experiances a painful experiance and wishes they could stop feeling. OR They already stopped feeling. This is a very serious case of "Pause Heart".
