Something the opposing player says during a basketball game when an opponent, usually with weak scoring fundamentals, attempts a layup or a shot.
Player: *Crosses over opponent and has a wide-open layup*
Opponent: "He'll blow it!"
Player: *Misses layup*
Opponent: "He'll blow it!"
