"High-rise invasion" is a cringy Netflix anime that is weirdly enjoyable. The plot is about these people with masks trying to kill people without masks. they also try to kill each other. the only way they won't kill you is if you commit suicide. it takes place in an alternate dimension on top of skyscrapers.
