Hilvi is a person (the most Hilvi's are males) who tries to appear smarter than the rest of the community by making them look dumb. An Hilvi is mostly found in smaller villages, as the villagers there are not so intellectual. Hilvi can also be used as a noun, to describe a besserwisser
