A mildly tropical region in the Pokemon world, it seems like it's south of Sinnoh somewhere.
I started in Hoenn, my Swampert's been with me for nearly 20 years!

People who grew up on the Gameboy Advance Generation of Pokémon games. These people are generally fanatical about Hoenn (Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald). They are famous for their belief that no Pokémon game will ever succeed the Hoenn Generation. And their most prominent trait is they all universally believe that Hoenn remakes are the Second Coming.

Hoenn Girl
A person (boy or girl) who absolutely loves the Hoenn region. Typical traits:
- They play as May, and pretend to be their own version of her (basically May's body but their personality, but they have to be sweet and tomboyish if not girly)
- They like swimming and biking, among other activities
- They like both contests and Pokemon battles
- The starter is usually Torchic, but Mudkip works too (not usually Treecko)
