Homosezual
When something uttered by a straight man's mouth makes him sound as if he partakes in homosexuality, or alternatively, when a straight man has an effeminate "gay" voice.
"Mitch was talking about tennis balls flying at his nose, and he sounded like such a homosezual."
"Paul's not gay, but his voice is homosezual."
