Derived from Hot Turkey Sandwiches (a sandwich consisting of bread, left over turkey, cheese, and gravy poured on top, eaten with a knife and fork), the hoturkeygasm is the act of a female or male euphoria while enjoying a large, juicy, hot turkey sandwich.
Jason had a hoturkeygasm as soon as he took the first bite of his hot turkey sandwich the day after thanksgiving.
