Hyrule

The land of Link, the hero of all Zelda games.

The main kingdom in The Legend of Zelda video game universe. It's where Princess Zelda lives; the land of the Hylians, the pointy eared people.

A term used to denote any stage in a fighting game that is favored above other stages as the primary arena. It is derived from the stage, 'Hyrule Castle', in SSBM being very popular.

Hyrule is in a lot of Zelda games. Actually all of them. People also refer to it as “hylia” sometimes

Gamers (especially Nintendo fans) who are so fragile and desperate to justify their latest purchase that anything not calling the game the greatest thing in the history of everything that they are sent into a frothing rage.
The term was first coined Jim Sterling who was subjected to harrassment, death threats, and having his website DDoSed after giving Zelda: Breath of the Wild a decent score of 7/10. Jim then went on to compare the "hardcore Zelda fanatics' " fragility to the poor weapon degredation system in BotW which was one his criticisms in the offending review.

Hyrule warriors AoC might be even better then breath of the wild just beacuse it has more story. i am probaly going to get killed for this but hyrule warriors is better then BoTW

King Rhoam Bosphoramus Hyrule is a character in Breath of the Wild.6 He is the former King of Hyrule and the first person that Link encounters after awakening in the Shrine of Resurrection, under the guise of a simple Old Man.
