A phrase made popular by Spongebob Squarepants. Used when excited, antsy, or trying to make an akward or unwanted situation less serious by quoting Spongebob.

An expression stated when very excited, when bored, when sexually excited, or just being random. And when you say it you hafta say it in a deep sing song voice.
