Inorbant
Adjective; Having a bad connotation
The word "ignorant" is merely defined as lacking knowledge. It doesn't mean "stupid" like people tend to think. For example: you travel to a foreign country where a "thumbs up" is an insulting gesture. You are ignorant to this fact and give your waiter a thumbs up when he asks how everything is. This doesn't mean you are stupid, you are just ignorant to the culture. Therefore, "ignorant" is an inorbant word because it has a bad connotation. Another example is the word "manipulative". This tends to have a bad connotation, however, manipulating a situation could be a good thing. Manipulative is another inorbant word - it is unfairly attached to a bad trait
