Inskirts
A term used when the location of a building or event is unknown in a large urban area, usually a town or city, covering both 'inner city' and 'outskirts' areas.
I don't know specifically where there's a restaurant but there is has to be one in the inskirts.

Between the inner city/town and the outskirts.
Daffodils were flowering on the inskirts of town.
