We're gonna go crazy- A phrase used while having an amazing time. Which when used, usually ends with something being broken, someone getting hurt, or someone doing something completely stupid and regretting what they did.

Translation: I'm going to shit in public with many witnesses, cellphones streaming it, and then blame someone else for it especially if they are the least likely to have done it, or for instance have an entirely plant-based diet and the shit texture is completely different were it to fall out of that person's ass, and I'll be back right after I'm done.

The song has no other words but "I'm-a gonna go to hell when i die" accompanied by the rhythmic clapping of himself and the audience. Sometimes it is followed up by humming in that rhythm.

Usually when you are just about to get into it, he cuts the audience off and reprimands them for clapping along with it. In the end it's insanely hilarious in the classic O'Brien fashion.
