"It's tasting time!" (イッツテイスティングタイム！) is Cilan's catchphrase in the original Japanese version of the animated series Pocket Monsters Best Wishes ("Pokémon the Series: Black and White" in English). Cilan, named "Dent" in the original Japanese version, has a habit of using English-language words and phrases in the Japanese version.
Cilan uses his catchphrase in his role as a "Pokémon Sommelier", when he is about to evaluate the compatibility of a trainer and their respective pokémon. He comments on the pair's partnership and bond, and gives advice on how they can improve it. The practice and its associated jargon are a reference to wine and food pairing, and to wine tasting.
