Jelsnes

Jelsnes is commonly known as the Siberia of Norway, both are frozen uninhabitable wastelands, and both have technology reminiscent of the stone age. The history of Jelsnes is mostly unknown because of the monkey-like inntelegents of the inhabitants, the literacy rate is situated between 0,5 and 2,3 percent depending on how intelligent the new generation is.
