Jenkstar
A collective of Permaculture pioneers, and Upcycled engineers. People who identify with the notion that one (wo)man’s trash is another’s treasure. Subconsciously and constantly seeking discarded objects to repurpose and reimagine. They believe that there’s a better way to live on this planet. Constantly developing new closed loop systems that sequester carbon rather than produce it. They also like to party in the desert off grid every once in a while to come together, usually at “BuildingMan”(their annual festival in Green River)and share their respective knowledge with one another. Jenkstars believe in open source learning, gritty hands on demonstrations, and a community of fellow movers and shakers to always get the job done. It has been said that once you see this beautiful resourceful way to be, you never go back to the default excessive world. Damn it feels good to be a Jenkstar.
I would have thrown away this marine deep cycle battery but then a Jenkstar came and done swooped it right up.
