Jerex is a person who is mentally capped but at the same time smart.

He makes dumb regards at times and at others he makes some of the most impressive remarks.

Jerex is not a very good athlete but makes solid improvements every step of his way.

In the classroom is one of the geniuses.

But once he is out of the books is very lost and confused almost seems stupid at most times.
