Jersey Hamburger

When a man takes a woman's patties (her breasts) and warms them up (slaps them around) then eats the hamburger (motorboat). He then slaps her across the forehead with his boner, knocking her out, then gives her some cement shoes (cum on her feet) and make her "sleep with da fishes" (pee on her face)
