Jileave

'To ejaculate with enough force to cause a visible cut (or cleave) along the trajectory of the semen.'

Commonly misused to describe an excessively forceful ejaculation the word jileave is believed to be a combination of the words jizz and cleave thus accurately describing the true definition.
It is unknown if such an act is actually possible by human standards, but the use of the word persists in male conversation especially amongst college-aged men.
