Catanzara is a hot-headed desk jockey that is eager to enact long-held fantasies of brutalizing the Chicagoan taxpayers he is sworn to protect and serve. An embodiment of incompetence and the poster-boy for the ACAB slogan, his funeral will be a day of celebration in the Windy City.
