Pronounced “joker baiting”, this term describes the action of someone manipulating their online presence to make themselves appear edgier than they really are. Basically acting edgy for online clout or fame.
Person 1: “Bro Jacob is posting some edgy shit on his story? Do you think somethings wrong?”
Person 2: “nah he’s not like that in person he’s just jokurbaiting”
