Joppa Oaks
Used to be a nice place to live, until 20 years ago. In the last year it has become infested with light bulbs, flash lights and meth mites. And everyone in the development gets together on #snitchsaturdays to sign statements.

Joppa is for sure one of the best people to meet. She will be shy at first but once you get to know her she can be the best person ever. She usually has one very good best friend (leah) and will come at you if you do something wrong. She has a very bright personality and loves to have lots of fun.
