Artbreak
The feeling when a creative vision has to be discarded or completely changed to fit the request of someone, and the creator knows they don't have the time or resources to follow this vision on their own.
Creative people such as architects, screenwriters, designers and artists have a tendency to create unique visions, but commercial clientele usually aims for products that the vast majority of consumers will enjoy and have some familiarity with.
This leads to a clash where one's hard work and passion is put aside for something more bland or cheesy. Which is frustrating and painful.

Person 1: "Hey, how did the pitch for your dinosaur movie go?"
Person 2: "Not great, they wanted to turn it into a love story. That's so far from my original idea! The artbreak is crushing me!"
