kafta
Dry Lebanese meat turds. Delicious for sure, but "meatball" is not the colloquium anyone on the internet so far is looking for.
I hear Kafta is a homemade meatball, right? No, I would say it's more akin to what you find in the yard after a vagrant spends some time there.
Kafta
Grounded meat (either lamb, chicken, or beef etc...) mixed with spices and vegetables, (for e.g., onions) and are then barbecued and served on a skewer or included in the cooking of traditional dishes. The dish is usually found in South Asian, South Caucasian and Middle Eastern households.
On the weekend let's go and try some lamb Kaftas
