a shorthand name for the yaoi fan pairing between two sensei in the popular manga/anime Naruto, Umino Iruka and Hatake Kakashi.

KakaIru aka Kakashi x Iruka. Kakashi Hatake and Iruka Umino are characters from a manga/anime series called Naruto. KakaIru is not as popular than SasuNaru, and it's definitely not canon, but it still has pretty much fans.
