A low intelligence, vehicular manslaughter obsessed member of society. Often in verbal debates with police officers despite their vocabulary being only a few profanities. They report to their leader, the King of Kavala Wasaiki the First.

Based in Kavala the kavtrolls will either be found gathered in the marketplace or police department. Can be found in large, vocal groups or in smaller numbers. Due to the recent culling of their environment and removal of entertainment equipment their numbers have fallen to dangerously low levels.
