What you call a young, misbehaving kid that likes too joke around a lot. Generally between the ages of 3 and 8 y/o.
Person 1: "This kid keeps hitting me, and running off and laughing"
Person 2: "Same has happened to me, I now refer to them as kiddywops"
Person 1: "Oh ok, ill do the same next time"
