Lady Pants

A term of endearment between two female (or feminine-natured) friends.

Lady Red Pants is another one of Batavia's local bums. She is often seen wearing red pants and sleeps under the black stages at the Riverwalk. She is usually around Walgreens talking to her self. See also Gary Coleman.
