Ass-meth

The intentional placement of meth into ones ass with the intent to use at a later time; usually while incarcerated. Often dispersed to fellow inmates. Commonly laced with fecal matter.

An ass that looks as if it belongs to a meth addict; a non-existant ass; a flat butt on a male or female. Usually meth ass is more noticeable on females due to tight jeans, however, no jeans would be tight on a meth ass.
