Load Cone

A party prank usually played in the South Eastern part of the US, but enjoyed world-wide. The prankster vigorously masterbated into a snow cone, mixing his Man Ranch into the ice and flavoring. Thus creating a LOAD CONE for his friend (or girlfriend) to enjoy without his (or her) knowledge.

A loaded traffic cone or LTC for short is a weapon in a combat game that is so overly situational that it becomes useless in situations that go even the slightest bit outside of it's intended use.
