Lob throb
The female equivalent of blue balls. Named for the sudden rush of blood to the labia when she is aroused, causing swelling, throbbing, especially when the female is unable to get her rocks off from said arousal.
Nicole spotted the strapping young man from across the bar. She made eyes at him, so she approached. Before Nicole could make her move, the young man's girlfriend emerged from the restroom to sweep her man up, leaving Nicole with a tremendous lob throb (LOB-THROB).
