Someone who has the inability to eat ice cream correctly. They eat it obnoxiously with odd mating calls in between. They also ignore the ice cream that just so happens to be coating their face.
Also known as Junebug lookin' ass.

Typically added on to the end of a sentence of which you are verbally attacking someones character.
Included but not limited too, physical deformities, mental or social habits, any habits or hobbies and even anything the individual says or repeats time after time. Clothing and any other character traits are included.
