A syndrome used to describe someone who keep talking no matter what you say even if no one is paying attention.
Person One: Man I love ____
Person Two: Cool I dont care

L Tarnoff Syndrome
Despite what people may think, this is not inspired by or at all related to the name of a human being.
L Tarnoff Syndrome is a marijuana/hallucinogenic toad related disorder, which causes it's victim to do a number of stupid things.
A list of these actions includes:
-Going to their "friend's" house uninvited.
-Having no train of logic.
-Attracting the opposite sex for no reason.
Many children are being born with this syndrome, and it is being linked to the licking of hallucinogenic toads by the parents.
