When everyone in an office stands in a circle with the employee whose phone extension is "150" in the middle. The employee is then pushed, shoved, beaten, kicked, and stomped until he cannot stand up. After that, the office employees all give him a golden shower at once. The next day, you take him to lunch and tell him you are sorry and that he can participate in Lunch and Learn the next time an employee has that phone extension. That is the learning part of the lunch.

This is way to promote your business by providing an information session over lunch. It is also known as a chat & chew.
