mandocas
Mandoca is a Venezuelan snack. It is a deep-fried breaded pepper. The simple snack can be made with any types of peppers, although authenic mandocas use banana peppers.
Ingredients:
3 medium banana peppers
113 grams (1/4 lb.) of flour
Oil (enough to fill the deep fryer)
Directions:
1.Roll the pepper in the flour.
2.Put in the deep fryer for about 2 minutes
