When a pot head hurriedly and frantically hustles to either roll a marijuana cigarette or pack a pipe with weed and light it before the clock reaches 4:20.
Holy shit it's almost 4:19 and I'm not even ready to blaze up yet. Damn I better do the 420 shuffle or I'll miss the 4:20 national light up time!
