Marianopolis

A street in San Diego which no one wants to live on due to it's akward/challenging spelling.

A school in Westmount, Quebec. A lot of smart people go there and there are a ton of really motivated and supportive teachers.

First years are mostly toxic and fake and sociopaths but then in the second year, people are humbled and start to be normal human beings again.

The best and worst part about this school is that there are a ton of hardworking ("smart") people.

People try very hard to appear poor and usually the meanest people are actually those who are performing the worst academically.

Seemingly it attracts the smartest and meanest humans in Montreal and it gets very cliquey. Everyone there had the resources to create the most amazing CVs and they all seem to be about to win the Nobel prize but in reality they're just hella rich.

A common misconception is that it is easier than Dawson or Vanier which is false. Probably worth it since it forces you to have good habits but it sucks because you're grouped with the strongest prep school kids in the province so you will feel inadequate even though in reality everyone is just so rich that they have the resources for their children to accomplish amazing things at a young age.

Marianopolis is a school for strong and dedicated people who want to succeed in life and people sometimes crack under the pressure and become ass-holes but at the end of the day they are all human :)
