It is also armed with 108 heavy turbolasers and 108 heavy ion cannons. MC85 star cruisers are able to hold 144 starfighters in 2 huge hangars, and additional transports in its dorsal hangar. These vessels serve in the resistance fleet and participated in the battles of D’Qar, Crait and Exegol. 4 total variants exist. The standard MC85 is long and sleek, but other variants feature various fins and different bow shapes.

MC85a is similar, but features a huge ventral fin at the bow. MC85b features a flat bow and ventral fins. MC85c features a blunt bow and horizontal fins. These ships rival the resurgent star destroyers of the First order.
